Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using TazeBilet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

TazeBilet is a personal notification service that monitors Turkish State Railways (TCDD) train ticket availability and alerts registered users when seats become available on subscribed routes. TazeBilet does not sell tickets and is not affiliated with TCDD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TazeBilet. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into these terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to conduct any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in a way that causes disproportionate load.
• Create excessive numbers of subscriptions that are not genuinely needed.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.

5. Service Availability

TazeBilet is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service.
• That every available ticket will be detected and notified.
• The accuracy of availability data obtained from TCDD's systems.

Notifications may be delayed due to technical issues, proxy limitations, or TCDD API changes. TazeBilet bears no responsibility for missed bookings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising the TazeBilet service are the property of its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TazeBilet and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party platforms (Telegram, browser push services). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. TazeBilet is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, with or without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
